M23 troops advance into DR Congo's second city as UK warns of escalation

Rwanda-backed M23 rebels advanced on Sunday into Bukavu, the second-largest city in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo, witnesses said, as the British government warned the advance risks escalating into a broader regional conflict.
